Since 2018, BIG has promoted several fundraisers in BIP, maintaining its Governance with management and control.
It also acquired in 2020 through BIP the management and control of two SMEs (Logic Srl and Serichim Srl) and acquired 49% of the shares of two SMEs operating in medical IT (Multimedia Srl and CB Sistemi Srl) respectively in 2021 and in 2022.
In 2021 BIG, through its subsidiary BIP, also acquired the majority in BIC Incubatori FVG, in the Swiss research company SICHH and in Trieste Valley.
In the first half of 2022, through the BIP, it also consolidated the company Shaefer SEE S.r.l and set up Biovalley Systems & solutions S.r.l. to transfer the ChemoMaker business unit to the same and to carry out further research and development activities in the sectors of bionanosensors and drugs for the treatment of tumors.
